Hi! I'm Shannon
I’m a product designer with front-end development and illustration chops, drawn to complex, messy problems and the spaces where things aren’t quite figured out yet.
Day job
I’m currently a Product Designer at Salesforce designing AI powered platforms and demo environments. Before that, I interned at startups and worked as a designer with my university’s Students’ Union, alongside tutoring and mentoring students.
I hold a BA in Digital Media from Maynooth University (media theory, HCI, computer science) and an MSc in Emerging Media from Dublin City University, where I designed and developed a social media platform.
Out of office
When I’m not building things, you’ll usually find me traveling, crocheting, baking, cooking, drawing, or taking photos. I love music; from going to live gigs to playing guitar and I spend a lot of time chasing my golden retriever around.

I’m great at bringing clarity to messy problem spaces, turning half-formed ideas, complex systems, and fuzzy requirements into clear, usable experiences.

I love taking complex concepts and turning them into narratives. Through interfaces, prototypes, or visuals that help people actually get it.

With front-end and engineering experience, I don’t just design, I help ship, from prototyping to production.
